Umesh Kulkarni

Umesh has over 10 years of experience in systems and software development for companies like Wipro, Cisco and Nokia. Before founding Eterno, Umesh was heading a software development team at Nokia’s Bangalore development center. Umesh has rich experience in architecting and developing of datacom and telecom products for global customers.

Umesh had co-founded Curis Networks in 1999, a company specializing in software services for Networking vertical. Curis was acquired by Amber Networks Inc, a US based startup which was acquired by Nokia in 2001. Umesh continued to play a key management role in Nokia’s India development center at Bangalore.

Umesh holds Masters degree (With Gold Medal for Best Academic Performance) in Electrical Communications Engineering from Indian Institute of Science Bangalore.

Chandrashekhar Sohoni

Chandu has over 10 years of experience in Systems & VLSI design for networking products. Chandu has worked for global giants like Wipro, StrataCom and Nokia. Chandu has worked as a consultant to Startups like Aarohi Communications and Insilica Semiconductors for their India Development Centers at Bangalore.

Chandu had co-founded Curis Networks along with Umesh in 1999. Curis was acquired by Amber Networks Inc. After Amber’s acquisition by Nokia, Chandu continued to head Hardware Development team at Nokia’s Bangalore development center.

Chandu holds a Masters degree in Electronics Design from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has also completed General Management Program at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Dilip Mehta

Mr. Dilip Mehta brings more than 38 years of senior executive and management experience in the telecommunications, entertainment, FMCG and other industries with companies including the RPG Group, Reckitt & Coleman, Glaxo and L&T. Mr. Mehta was one of the early leaders of India's cellular business heading the RPG cellular operation from Chennai as president & CEO . Prior to joining as Advisor to Eterno Infotech, Mr. Mehta was managing director at Saregama India Limited, where he was associated with building a strong and enduring brand. During Mr. Mehta's  illustrious, multi-decade career he has helped companies create and  maximize shareholder wealth in terms of market capitalization, business valuation, ROCE, profit and cash flow.
